Hello Beauties, I’m currently writing to you all from our gorgeous castle apartment in Lisbon, Portugal. It has been on my living vision life scene to travel and live in places with my partner - today this vision is fully ALIVE. It’s been magical here and so effortless living in a new city that is bustling with so much life but it’s truly because of my daily rituals and routines.
I love my morning practice - it’s the place where I get to design and create not only my day but the place where I supercharge the vision of my future through my body so that I am constantly a vibrational match for my desires. If you have coached with me you know about my 5-5-5 practice to keep yourself dialed into your desires and open in your body to receive them easily, and effortlessly. The other day my partner and I completed our morning practices and this day we closed it with an impromptu sex magic ritual. It was sweet, delicious, magical, and filled with so much heart.

For the rest of the day we were deeply connected and I continued to feel this soft, subtle energy flooding through all of my cells. Sex shifts our energy because sexual energy is life force energy- it’s our natural, authentic nature and a higher vibrational frequency that when harnessed and directed intentionally has the power to bring our visions to life. I do see a trend on social media with all of these “tantra” coaches, embodiment coaches, and even confidence coaches that all IDOLIZES the dark feminine erotic energy as the representation of the erotic.
Here’s what I have learned from my own experience as well as from the wide variety of women I have had the honor of coaching.
Our erotic energy isn’t all the firey, explosive, & deeply intense that we see portrayed all over social media.
At times yes, it can be all of that dark, sultry, seductive energy but the truth is these women are not living in that state 100% of the time, and it’s actually not a true or helpful narrative to support women who are at the early stages of connecting to their sexuality. Many women actually experience their own erotic essence as soft, sweet, subtle, and more sensational than an explosive expression of energy through their bodies.
The erotic is full of life yet it’s important to remember that not all of life is rapid, intense, or rolling in massive waves…
It is also slow-moving, softly blooming…
So my invitation here is to let go of the expectation you have on your own expression and welcome all of it. This will help you in your healing journey and understand yourself more deeply.

The erotic has infinite expressions and regardless of the moment-to-moment expression and form it takes - universally the erotic is MAGNETIC.
Erotic energy is a life force and lives inside each of us designed to bring us closer to the Goddess/Source as a return to oneness. Being TURNED ON in your sexual power will create an effortless magnetic force within you that draws in the right person, financial opportunity, office space, new home, friendship, lover, or life partner.
The Goddess lives in every breath and is weaved into our cell, speaking to us in subtle ways if you slow down enough to listen. She is ALIVESSNESS which is high energy passion as well as high energy tenderness. It’s not one or the other- either or- Erotism is the Fullness of all life. It’s authentic creative, sexual power. It’s our birthright and why we are on this planet so that we can learn the ways to TAP back into this source of all possibilities and magic.
