What is a P*ssy Priestess®?
My name is Josefina Bashout, and I coined the term Pussy Priestess® and my pioneered method of healing focused on the empowerment of pleasure in 2016.
As a Pussy Priestess®, I educate, facilitate, support, guide and hold space for women & couples who are ready to step out of shame, confusion, & fear within their own love & sex life. Whatever this looks for them, I’m with them on the journey as they come into an authentic expression of their erotic aliveness & sensual nature.
The particular practice & method of being a Pussy Priestess® has its own framework of healing and facilitation, and I am currently the only one who practices this method until I decided to create a certification program to train others in my methodology.
I desire to share this from a place of deep authenticity for all of you who have been with me on this journey of trusting my intuition and following my vision and for those who are new, welcome to my authentic space where I share more of my story as well as all the wisdom of my teachings, educate, and empower my clients.
What exact work do I do?
I wish I could say I’m sitting around watching people have sex all day… but that’s just what most people envision me doing when they hear Pussy Priestess®.
I work with women and couples who are ready to make the best life choice by doing this soulful, sensual, and awakening work with me. I work primarily with people in two ways—in private sessions and through facilitating talks, workshops, and courses.
With my private clients, our work together looks very similar to being in a therapy session. I hold a safe space for you to discover and reconnect to parts of yourself. We talk, we move our body, we breathe, and we process through the multi-layers that keep you from experiencing your desires. I ask questions and gently encourage you to go deeper—all while following a framework and structure of liberation + healing I've created based on the principles of being a Pussy Priestess®.
As a workshop and course facilitator, my work looks exactly like an educator and guide—I teach, I guide practices, I encourage curiosity, and give you permission to discover yourself, all within a space that I have created to be as safe and inclusive as possible for whatever comes up. These spaces I see as a healing vortex for rapid and radical transformation.
